Today, I had the following  crazy thought. Let me learn one line per day of Vishnu Sahasranaman  and it's meaning i.e., root words.

Shukla - Shukla Paksha (white) Krishna Paksha (black) -
Ambara - sky Garment - Pithaambara - Yellow dress
Dharam -Wearer ( bearer) Dhaari or Dharani
shuklambaradharam - the wearer of white clothing

 
Vishnu -indicates Lord Vishnu
Shashi - Moon Varnam- Color
shashivarnam -  varna is colour. shashi means ‘the moon’ 
Chatur-Four Bhujam-Hands/Shoulders - (think of Vinayaka Chaturthi – 4th day of the fortnight)

 
Prasanna - Happy
Vadanam -is face (Gajavadhana is Lord Ganesha)
Dhyaye-Pray/Medidate Sarva - All
Vighna- is obstacles (vigneshwara – Lord Ganesha)
